What does "Order" mean? When you see the "Order" button, it means your items is out of stock in my store but can still be ordered through me and will ship directly from Back On Track. I still handle all the in's and outs and the this and that's.
Order Processing
1. Order Processing Time
Drop Ship orders are processed and shipped out within 2 to 5 business days from the manufacturer.
2. After the order is shipped out from the manufacturer and received by the carrier, I will update you with the tracking number with which you can follow your package and see the remaining shipping time.
3. Please allow drop ship items longer ship times.
Why Drop Shipping?
1. Being a small business, I have limited storage space for inventory, which is why I provide drop shipping. This allows me to maintain communication with and deliver exceptional customer service while offering fantastic products.
2. Even if an item is sold out and out of stock on my website, you may still place an order for it. Please note that drop shipped items may take a few extra days to ship from the manufacturer compared to those I have in stock.
