FLAT RATE SHIPPING  Orders are generally shipped within 1-3 days using USPS, UPS or FedEx. Flat rate shipping fee of $15 applies to orders over $100 shipping within the continental United States of America. 

We do not ship outside of the United States of America and do not ship to Hawaii or Alaska at this time.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:  For calculated shipping rates:  Shipping charges for  your order will be calculated and  displayed at checkout.  For simple flat rate shipping:  We offer $15 flat rate  shipping on orders less than $100.  We offer free shipping on orders $100 and over.    Shipping options include USPS, UPS and FedEx.  Estimated delivery time  3 - 7 days on most items.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:  International shipping is not available at this time.

 

REFUNDS,, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES  We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible  at jmartinsewing@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
